How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. For Google Play purchases, go to your Google Play order history.

I bought a premium feature — where is it?

Try tapping "Restore Purchases" in the app settings. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

The app is crashing or not working correctly.

Try closing and reopening the app, or uninstalling and reinstalling it. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS/Android version and we'll investigate.

What data does the app collect?

Very little! See our Privacy Policy for full details. Most of our apps work entirely offline and collect no personal data.
